Please be advised that we do not provide cancellations.

We regret to inform you that we do not offer returns or refunds.
We only offer exchange if you have received an incorrect product or one that is damaged.
EXCHANGE
If, within 24 hours of receiving your order, you discover that the product is damaged or defective, we are here to assist you.

To issue an exchange request:
- Notify our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving your order by emailing us at care@illumejewellery.com or contacting us on Instagram. Provide your name, order number, and detailed information regarding the damage or defect.
- When you receive your shipment, please make an unboxing video of your order to show as proof of damage/faulty/incomplete/incorrect delivery, and attach the same in your email. Without this video, we will not be able to accept any request to exchange/return.
- Once our customer support team receives your request, we will evaluate the situation and provide you with a return authorisation, if applicable.
- The customer will have to courier back the products to our address (which will be shared) . Make sure to send the product in the exact same box, unworn & in its original condition with all tags, labels etc.
- Upon receipt of the damaged item, our team will inspect it. If the product is deemed to be damaged or defective as described, we will promptly send you a replacement at no additional cost. However, if the exact product is not available, we will issue store credit equivalent to the value of the original purchase.
STORE CREDIT
Store credit issued in lieu of a replacement can be used towards a future purchase at our online store. The store credit will be valid for 3 months from the date of issuance.
